On XXXX XX/XX/year>, when I saw my bank transaction, I saw that my bank account got charged duplicate {$1000.00}. Then, immediately I called my Bank Of America to dispute the charge and told that my Laptop got hacked and stole my bank details. I reported as fraudulent charge. Today, Bank of America rejected mentioning that transaction occurred through XXXX giving proofs. But as I mentioned before, my bank accounts including all accounts got hacked like XXXX, XXXX. But I had not any past transactions with the person they mentioned. Please help me in this because my money got stolen and Bank of America just giving basless proofs.
