They just increased the interest rate to an exorbitant amount, and now they want to charge {$1.00} per month to send out a paper bill! I have had numerous occasions where items that I have returned, have not been credited back to my account, so I like to hold the paper bill in my hand and look at it to see the charges! What about the people older than I am, that dont have a computer or use one?
