Dear PayPal, I requested the closure of my account ending in XXXX, due to charges from XXXX. I did not have access to another account ending in XXXX except that you charged it with the fraudulent XXXX bill. As my financial service provider, you have failed in your responsibility by siding with XXXX in the dispute regarding this unauthorized charge. Did XXXX provide you with dates of alleged participation and benefits from the purchase? Did they share email correspondence where I clearly stated my lack of awareness of the charge and my request for an immediate refund upon registration? Your reasons for denying my dispute are unreasonable. Why did you bill {$170.00} to my account on behalf of XXXX when I did not subscribe to their service? Did you thoroughly review my documents? My request for cancellation within their stated XXXX refund policy was ignored. Your claim that I benefited from the purchase is baseless and insulting, without providing the dates of such alleged participation. I have sent you documents where XXXX acknowledged my address change to Colorado but still refused the refund. Your cooperation with XXXX in this fraudulent activity is alarming. I demand a refund either to my New Jersey or Colorado address. The six-month charge is unjustifiable for my limited use of XXXX hours. Your decision to close the dispute without recovering the fraudulent charge is unacceptable. This experience has been extremely difficult to resolve and reflects poorly on your service 's integrity.
