An online saving account was open under my name with Marcus by Goldman Sachs without my permission. Bank statements have been sending to my home address with balance of {$1.00}. As of XX/XX/year>, I received the last statement indicating such account funding was withdrew and account was closed on XX/XX/year>. I called the corresponding bank to understand the situation. They were not too cooperative about my request and I spoke to three different customer service representative ( 1 being the supervisor on shift ). I was instructed in order to get account information, I have to file a fraud report along with a police report and submit it with my written statement via mail.
