Based on ( recorded by BofA ) questions I posed and the answers given by supervisors during calls with Bank of America, I believe your agency could pull the calls and use them as the basis for an investigation. On Saturday XX/XX/year>, I checked the balance in my Checking Account ending in XXXX and then logged into my Apple Cash account in my XXXX. The first attempt to debit my BofA account to move XXXX to XXXX XXXX was declined. XXXX more attempts were declined. Now approx {$1500.00} is held in limbo and BofA claims its out of an abundance of caution BofA doesnt want to play nice with new, alternative banks especially not XXXX . The fact it happened on Saturday is telling. My professional operations and financial served background lead me to suspect that BofA must decline larger transactions that could take them below their estimates going into a long weekend. Its easy to decline XXXX XXXX transactions to XXXX XXXX XXXX or similar and claim its due to security. Please contact me for further insights. Please dont dismiss this. Regards. XXXX XXXX XXXX
