I was sent an email promotion ( below ) in XXXX. I registered for the offer and fulfilled the terms but Citibank still has not yet credited the award. I called in for help and the person had no idea what I was talking about. They then provided me an email address to contact. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent an email and to date have not received resolution or even an acknowledgement. Its aggravating to have to spend my time to chase this down. I am owed XXXX miles. Hello, XXXX We love great rewards and know you do too. We noticed youve been missing out on earning miles with your Citi / AAdvantage credit card, so you have an exclusive offer to earn up to XXXX bonus miles.
