My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, On or about XX/XX/year> after phone calls from PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES about a debt I never Received a validation of debt notice explaining my rights to dispute PRA mail it to the wrong address and never attempted to correct their mistake clear violation of 12 cer 1006.34 reg F ... 15 us code 1692g deceptive and misleading... it was intentionally done ..I 've enclosed documents showing PRA knew my correct address ... by me not receiving the debt notice it violated my right to dispute with in the 30 day time flame..currently PRA is illegally reporting derogatory information about me with out full validation ... The CFPB order Repeat offender PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES to pay more than XXXX XXXX for continued illegal debt collection practices and consumer Reporting Violation this is no different they continued there bad behavior un checked.
