I ordered for XXXX whole slow juicer with macy 's credit card from Macy 's online on XX/XX/scrub>XXXX XXXX XXXX The order was not delivered to me, but Macy 's claims the order was delivered to me. Immediately, I informed Macy 's that the item was not delivered to me. Macy 's said they were going to investigate, after about 2 months Macy 's said the dispute has been resolved and that I must pay the purchase amount. I told Macy 's that I can pay for an item that i did not receive, especially when the amount is over {$500.00}. I have been back and forth with Macy 's on this issue, rather than Macy 's resolving this dispute, Macy 's chose to impose the charge on me, and has gone ahead to report the charges on credit. I believe that Macy 's is trying to bully me to pay the money even when I did not receive the item in question. I suggested to Macy 's to ask the carrier where it left my package. I have been receiving packages from my home address.
