My XXXX loan was specifically acquired to attend The XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/04. I can no longer make payments on it due to unforeseen nation wide industry unemployment. In this case I have asked and requested American Education Services many times for some sort of help in the form of forbearance or temporary pause but have not received any help whatsoever. Most recently, from the borrowers defense approval, my federal loans have been completely discharged and credit repaired due to crimes committed my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, found guilty in many cases and subsequently closed down. I submitted a school misconduct discharge application for my XXXX private loans and those to have also been discharge and credit repaired. I expect the same for this loan. In this case of all the legal precedence against XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, the federal Borrowers Defense approval, my XXXX private loan discharge along with the provided FTC holder rule, this loan acquired for these found criminal institutions ( including private ) are ill gotten due to seller misconduct. As to date, American Education Services has currently defaulted my loan, which continues to damage my credit, causing undue harm while I'm unemployed, while I await CFPB responses from them addressing the discharge.
