The initial loan was taken out on XX/XX/XXXX. Starting on XX/XX/XXXX, I made a small payment of {$88.00}. I made another payment on XX/XX/XXXX of {$97.00}. I was doing this to try and keep up with the interest that is accruing due to it being an unsubsidized loan. Another payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of {$200.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment of {$200.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made a payment of {$200.00} and a final payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$200.00}. I am currently in school, so payments are not required, but I don't want the debt to accumulate. In total, I have made {$980.00} in payments. When I log into my Mohela account, all I can see is the total principal balance and the amount of interest that has accrued. There is no line item showing any credits to my account. When I called on XX/XX/XXXX, I asked for an itemization of all my account activity. XXXX said I would receive that information in XXXX business days. That never happened. I called back on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX. He said I would receive the itemized account information in XXXX days. After that call, I received XXXX emails with the subject line " Financial Activity for Loans '' on XX/XX/XXXX, stating that there was information in my account and that I should log in to view the information. When I logged in, nothing was there. When I called on XX/XX/XXXX, they stated that the XXXX emails were an error and I should be receiving the information via XXXX mail. I received XXXX more emails on XX/XX/XXXX with the same subject line. Every time I call, I spend more time on hold than speaking with a customer service representative and when I ask to speak with a supervisor, I am denied that request. I am fearful that some of my payments have not been credited to my account. I can see that my principal balance is lower than the amount I have received in disbursements to my university, but it does not add up to the amount I have paid. Meanwhile, interest is accruing. I am only asking for an itemization of my account, but have yet to receive this information.
