I returned the vehicle to GM Financial because vehicle was a total lemon. They sold vehicle & sent me a bill for balance of XXXX. Told bank to send me itemized bill with a 1099c & was told by Gm financial employee XXXX twice that he does not have to send itemized or XXXX & he said he sent me a bill. I have disputed this with XXXX XXXX, XXXX multiple times each to no avail. This is hurting my credit & as a consumer requesting itemized balance owed multiple times I just wanted to validate the debt by an itemized bill. This has been over a year I've constantly been disputing this with GM financial & all 3 credit bureaus.
