I have been trying to request the application of SCRA benefits to XXXX closed Synchrony Bank accounts. I sent Synchrony a letter on XX/XX/year>, I called them numerous amounts of times and they gave me a phone number which was supposed to be the department that could help me, and it ended up being a spam phone number. Though these XXXX accounts are closed, I am able to receive the SCRA benefits for them due to my husband being an XXXX XXXX XXXX in the XXXX.
