On about XX/XX/year> I logged into my chase account and noticed unauthorized transactions from a company XXXX XXXX These transactions were thru XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/year>. I immediately called my bank to report this. I was given a claim number and a couple days later I was given a temporary credit. A couple days after that the credit was reversed. I went in a branch after this to escalate my dispute and asked why it was reversed. I was told I could not be given an information at the time but my dispute had been escalated. Since then I have heard nothing from the bank about my dispute whatsoever. This was a new account and Ive barely used it. I have never had any relationship with the company XXXX XXXX. And Ive never authorized any transactions with them whatsoever not credit or debit or anything. I didnt authorize these to. And the bank is refusing to refund my money.
