XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX, transferred my credit dept to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, since then we have not received any statements indicating what the principle amount applied to the dept. The credit is also no reporting the dept. We have asked for statements since we received a Generic letter stating that we would not make the payment to them. For XXXX months I have made a payment and been given different balance amounts ranging from {$2800.00} to over {$3000.00} to {$2900.00}. XXXX customer service agent explained as its was variable rate and then another that we pay a fixed rate. There is no online portal to view my dept or to see what the amount is. I feel this is fraudulent and need XXXX want to make the total payment but am afraid that the company will not provide proof that the dept is paid. At XXXX point within the last XXXX moths I was also advised I missed a payment which I did not. I paid XXXX payment XX/XX/year> and and the second payment XXXX weeks later to cover the XXXX payment. Every time I ask for a statement or online access they say they submitted a ticket.
