My identity was stolen in XXXX, and certain accounts were opened in my name. One was with XXXX in which they have cleared, and one was with Citibank, in which they will not clear, and saying that I opened the account! I have gone in to the branch repeatedly and have called, and basically have gotten nowhere with them. I did not open any of these accounts!
