Synchrony Financial Services Customer service : 1 ( XXXX ) XXXX Headquarters : XXXX, CT Charged My credit card XXXX with multiple dispute charges with no written response, why the unauthorized charge was approved. XXXX XXXX XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CT XXXX Phone : ( XXXX ) XXXX On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I came to an agreement to install a HVAC system at my home. Still to this day XX/XX/XXXX the contract is unfulfilled. See attached contract. I have also attached multiple pictures and correspondences for you to look over. I was told when complete they will have me sign the final bill before processing and that has not been done. They charged me with out my consent nor my signature over a year after the start of this ongoing and incomplete project. Suppose to be a XXXX XXXX they used a cheaper American standard. Suppose to be dual zones did not complete to this day. XXXX has cost me hundreds of dollars in electricity do to malfunctions. They had to come out over 14 times to my house resulting in lost wages. I had to have my lawyer send them letters. The heat pump constantly ran during the heat of summer making my home over 95 degrees F almost killing my dog. They constantly deny my phone calls or return phone calls. I have left several reviews. They damaged my walls. They damaged my XXXX sons room. On multiple occasions covered my sons closet and clothes in insulation. They damaged the siding to my house. In an attempt to fix the siding, cut a hole to match it and left the hole. XXXX has not fixed the siding. XXXX has not finished fixing the walls. XXXX has not completed the dual zones as contracted. XXXX did not give me the XXXX system as contracted. On their website it clearly states ( on time or its free ) also states ( money back guarantee ) XXXX has not completed the project!!!!
