I spoke directly to XXXX to cancell my reservation they told me they would have to reach out to the XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to get a refund on the hotel, i did not hear back from them withing 3 days as they told me I reach out my self directly to the hotel and they inform me on XX/XX/XXXX that this could be done but it needed to be put trough directly trough XXXX i call XXXX again and have them the information of the person i contacted directly and told me they would take care of it an cancel it the date of the reservation came and it never got refunded on XX/XX/XXXX they send me an email confirming that they will get back to me and they to this day have not
