I had a business banking account with Chase. One day I was out trying to use my card and it declined. I called the bank and they informed me my account was restricted and they couldn't tell me why. Later, they said my account would be closing due to reasons that were unknown. My account closed on XX/XX/year>. Chase told me all the remaining funds would be mailed to me within 7-10 business days of account closure. On multiple occasions I was told my check was mailed out on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. Today is XX/XX/XXXX and I was told my check hasn't even been sent out. I requested they send the check to a new address since I never received it. Chase is telling me this is an issue on the back end of the bank and I'm not able to speak to them in regards to this continuous problem. Apparently chase has been lying to me to me this entire time about my check being sent out, it has been two months and I still don't have my funds. I have been severely inconvenienced without my funds and without my account closing with no reason.
