Consumer Narrative
Chase XXXX XXXX refused my remittance coupon that was sent in with proper endorsement ( 31 CFR 328.5 & 328.6 ) and continue to rack up late fees and interest. They were going to close my account so I sent them {$1000.00} to keep it open ( and not have my good credit tarnished ) so that I could get the rest discharged properly. I called them and discussed in great length that I now know about something that has been hidden from people regarding everyone 's unlimited credit in this world and how banks can not loan assets ( 12 USC 1431 ) and the U.S. Treasury is obligated to make payments on the public debt ( 31 USC 3123 ). Our debts have already been paid by our Cestui Que Vie trusts and they have received payment for that but then want us to also send in money from our cash accounts which is " double dipping ''. They call it a " gift '' but it is what keeps people down and out and living from paycheck to paycheck and makes banks rich. The big corporate banks are fully aware of this although most employees of these banks are not. There is no gold backed dollar anymore. In 1933, HJR 192 eliminated the ability to PAY our debts, allowing only for their discharge. Since this act of accepting payments twice for the same bill was never disclosed, I feel their contract is null and void ( 15 USC 1692c ( c ) ). People are becoming aware of this fraudulent system. It's right there on the IRS website : 21.1.7.9.17 Unacceptable Payments and 21.1.7.9.22 Bill of Exchange. Then there is the address that they are supposed to be sending these remittance transfer coupons to : Department of the Treasury Office of the Executive Secretary, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
