XXXX employee allegedly XXXX XXXX with FNB in XXXX NC Misappropriation of my XXXX funds. I realized in XXXX my monies were not being paid to my bills, credit card etc, phone electric. I was advised I had no money after being paid. I requested my debit card, my account information but was told they dint bank on line which was a lie by this person and also asked for copies and was told I will send them but never did. Accounts since XXXX show Misappropriation of funds to another account ending in XXXX monies to freestyle checking account without my permission not my account never given information on this. Nor, did I give permission to take funds that this XXXX took at her own advantage with access to my personal banking provided funds to herself and spouse. XXXX texted told me her husband knew about all of this when I contacted XXXX XXXX and claims that she did pay my bills. No, they were late and often not paid abd phone disconnected and rent late with monies not paid to credit card on time. Causing my credit to fault XXXX points so far. I will attach what I was given after several attempts to her branch and XXXX Asst. Manager and XXXX CSR at branch delays in my person financial information to be appropriately given to me. Claims out if town or out if the office unable to retrieve information. That's what I got. Delays..
