Trying to get a refi on my house so I can buy my husband out of his part for the XXXX rocket mortgage sent an appraiser out here to do the appraisal the guy not picked about chipped paint and wanted us to change our source of heat over to electric or gas because people r lazy. Report will be uploaded they told me I could dispute it if I found property that sold for more with similar structures. I have done that and sent them pictures. Then they changed my loan officer to someone else and put a new person on it and he never even contacted me plus he lowered the loan even more than what it was.
