I just received two letters from Aidvantage and they are telling me that I am delinquent in my payments but I have never been contacted by them since XXXX. I was then told that another servicer, XXXX, had my loans from XXXX until Aidvantage received them in XXXX of XXXX. The agent said that they had the wrong email address and this was the only way they tried to contact me since XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. Why were letters not sent for 2 years? Why did you only try to contact me via email when you knew it was being sent back? I'm not paying extra fees for this company 's mistakes. My wife has known her loan servicer since she started taking out loans. Why am I just receiving this information 2 years and a delinquency later? If you want to get technical, 8 years later. Thank you so much, XXXX and Aidvantage for making life even more difficult than it ever needed to be.
