On XX/XX/year> I sent a XXXX payment totaling {$1800.00} in exchange for concert tickets. The payment was sent to someone I know and trust. But their XXXX had been hacked and I never received the tickets. I immediately reported the incident to citibank, XXXX, and XXXX. All institutions have done nothing to bring the situation to justice. My friend still can not access his XXXX profile and the hacker is scamming more people. Citibank did not refund me, provide information on the hacker, or shut down accounts. I spoke with several customer service agents and sent a letter requesting an investigation report but I haven't received anything. I have spent more than 24 hours on this and feel stressed about losing a large amount of my hard earned money that is inconsequential to citibank.
