We applied for assistance / modification on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. We submitted more than enough paperwork for eight months. We are going to have to sell the house if we don't get the modification which is fine. But they won't give us a answer. This loan was generated in predatory lending times XXXX. For the last 9 years they keep us in a modification, but now won't let us be in the modification. I work for a different mortgage company. My wife and I provided over XXXX months of paperwork. Tax returns, bank statements, lease agreements, etc...
