I called the company to make payment arrangements. The arrangements I made for 3 accounts was for a payment to come out once a month. They pulled the payments twice a month without permission. When I called, they said they would send me a " new '' agreement for the once-a-month payment. I switched to that, but now I need the money they pulled without my permission back.
