Due to XXXX MOHELA making errors in how much I owed them, which would have resulted in my overpaying by more than {$2000.00}. I contacted them about multiple times, I decided to refinance with another company, XXXX. Due to the disbursement from XXXX posting days after my latest payment with XXXX MOHELA posted, on XX/XX/XXXX, it was overpaid by one month payment and XXXX MOHELA needs to refund XXXX or me about {$2100.00}. It has been 3.5 months and I still dont have payment. I called after about one month to ask - while my account shows XXXX due, I never received any notice of account paid in full - and the person said it could take up to 60 days. So I called in late XXXX when it reached 60 days. The person acknowledged they could see a refund was due and it should be going out soon, most likely to XXXX. I called again XX/XX/XXXX, and spoke to a supervisor in addition to initial person answering. They said payment should be coming and they apologized for delay. Still nothing. I need my money. This is excessive delay and inappropriate. XXXX MOHELA should have to pay interest on my retained money and a fine for delaying so long. It has been 3.5 months. This incompetence is not okay.
