There was a credit issued of {$600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX for a problem that I had with a sofa that was purchased from them, to my Costco Citibank credit card. I saw the credit issued of {$600.00} to my credit card account on XX/XX/XXXX. The {$600.00} credit is now not showing on my account. I have contacted Citibank on three different occasions. The first time, I was told it takes 3 days to post. The second time I called I was told that it takes 3 to five days to post. I spoke to a supervisor today who now says it takes 3 days to post and he does not show the credit for {$600.00}.
