Received a BofA scam call and while looking at my account noticed a bal {$1100.00} on the equity line ( escrow ) this account has not been used in a very long time and called them and was told it was insurance charges because I didn't have home owners, I never had an escrow acct with it. I explained I always had and they said they contacted me by mail which I never received and they checked the communication was sent to the wrong address. I have never been contacted by them previously. I wanted to close it now because they said to show proof of insurance and it would be taken care of, we sent it by email to them, and same time provided insurance company contact information. My insurance company also sent it, they confirmed receipt of it, but have not credited it back so I can close this account and no one will update me or tell me what's going on. Called XX/XX/year> and several times prior to that, Last call was on XX/XX/year>.
