Originally in XX/XX/2023 the Rental Car Agency XXXX from XXXX XXXX, tried to charge us for some inexistent repairs to the car we've rented but we had taken pictures of the car around prior to renting it and after we've returned the car. When the XXXX XXXX discovered our version with the proof of the pictures, they voided the charge in our CITIBANK Credit Card, however, CITIBANK it's refusing to remove the charge and they are still trying to charge me and have given me a negative report on my immaculate credit history. We have been fighting CITIBANK for over a year, but going nowhere with them, they cut my phone line after I've been spending long times dealing with Customer Service. It's a shame.
