Consumer Narrative
An imposter demanded that I send {$35000.00} by wire to this bank account : " Bank Routing Number : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Address : JPMorganChase XXXX And XXXX Account Number : XXXX Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX '' I did not send the money. I called JPMorgan Chase. After a lengthy battle to get to talk with a human, I spoke with XXXX in the Customer Protection Group. He refused to accept my information, and instead told me that I would have to go to a local branch. I told him that I would not do that and asked if there was any other way to make my complaint. He said no.
