Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/XXXX, the bank tried to repo my class XXXX XXXX that I have already paid in full. The repo guy with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX hitched and lifted the XXXX with me & my XXXX young kids were in the back, they fell and hit their heads and now they are COMPLETELY TERRIFIED. This is clearly disturbing the peace. I have footage of the whole situation. Other identifying numbers on his vehicle XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On top of the that, I've mailed them multiple negotiable instruments and they have received them all and processed it however, still not crediting the account properly. According to the XXXX XXXX XXXX, Bank of America is breaking all laws in Article XXXX. I've notified the IRS already with a XXXX Bank of America is still in non-performance. I've filed certain documents already with the IRS as well as XXXX. This is pure greed. The account is no longer on my account when I login, which means this has been CHARGED OFF, which means XXXX What are you the bank still doing trying to repo the vehicle ( when it's already tendered for full satisfaction ) and selling it for more proceeds on top of the monthly interest you have been collecting when selling the contract on the secondary market. The XXXX number that I have is proof that you guys are making millions off of the pool of contracts that have been resold on the secondary market. Bottom line, is this vehicle is paid in full. Why are you doing consumer 's dirty trying to repo.
