XXXX gave away my personal information to a third party debt collection agency without my knowledge or consent as well as Collection Bureau Hudson Valley for unlawfully accepting, obtaining and searching my personal information without my knowledge or consent. I don't know who Collection Bureau Hudson Valley ( CBHV ) is considering that I didn't sign any contracts or agreements with them. I've reached out to the company via email to no avail for original copies of everything with my original signature and I have personal recordings of phone calls to which I was told two different things. As of now I am waiting with my attorney to pursue legal action because I feel like a victim of identity theft and all the outrageous phone calls that I have received daily in a week.
