On XXXX I filed a dispute in the amount of XXXX dollars XXXX is the claim number on XX/XX/year> netspend said I won my dispute and I could receive my money my account was closed so there was no way to get my money on XX/XX/XXXX they said they sent out a check for the dispute amount and I should receive it by XX/XX/XXXX I have talked to numerous people and even talked to someone in the XXXX office they said they canceled the first check the sent and send another one I haven't received anything from them I asked for them to open the account for a few hours just to let me get my money they are holding my monies XXXX and I can't keep waiting no way on earth it takes mail 2 months to come from XXXX to XXXX
