I have contacted the bank on multiple occasions last on XX/XX/year> at approximately XXXX hrs for 34 minutes regarding my claims that have been denied and or are still in review and as always, the conversations were unproductive as Bank Of America has cut off my access to statements and relevant documents online due to them, not doing business with the California XXXX XXXX XXXX anymore. This is hindered my ability to see transactions relating to my account, in addition to being able to claim the transactions that are fraudulent on my account and thats is the reason for denying my claims as there is misinformation that I am not privy to anymore that I cant seem to get access to that may or may not enlighten them as to why they think the claim should be denied. After several conversations about this over the last month, I have become convinced that Bank Of Americas ability to make an accurate determination, on the following claims - Claim # XXXX - Claim # XXXX - Claim # XXXX - Claim # XXXX - Claim # XXXX To be unlikely at best and am requesting oversight from the consumer financial protection bureau to assist in anyway possible to ensure a competent and fair resolution in my claims with Bank of America
