On XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice of rent payment due. This was an error as my lease ended XX/XX/XXXX. I called my landlord immediately, he said he could not do anything about it and I had to call my bank. I call Bank of America and told them to reject any request or authorization for fund. I expressly stated I knew it was for rent and that it was fraudulent. On XX/XX/XXXX I went to do banking and noticed {$2700.00} has been sent by Bank of America. I called to ask why they sent the money. They can see how I called and declined the charge on XX/XX/XXXX. They are refusing to return the money to my account. I now have had to move money to pay bills and they refuse to explain why they did the wrong thing by sending the money. There is no reason they did not credit my account for {$2700.00} immediately on XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XXXX. I want to file federal charges for fraudulent banking practices against Bank of America.
