I had two separate charges from a company that I didnt authorize it was noticed when I checked my bank statement after the card was lost and given a new XXXX these are transactions with the old debit card that I never authorized in the amount of XXXX I filed a complaint and BOA will not refund me I never authorized those I do not have that debit card and those were unauthorized transactions for a company I dont even know or have never been affiliated with. I had several other charges from a similiar company that was found unauthorized and they refunded me in the same card these are the last XXXX I found and they refuse.
