I made a {$1000.00} cash deposit at Chase Bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/year> at around XXXX, at an ATM. Terminal ID XXXX. Bank account ending in XXXX. It did not credit my bank account the funds, or either shows a deposit made. I then proceeded to make a {$20.00} deposit again at the same ATM, Terminal XXXX XXXXXXXX and filmed everything from start to finish. Again, no record of the deposit or credit of the funds to my account. This was between XXXX and XXXX. I printed balance inquiries after each deposit, and also have sent a secure message to Chase about this incident. I started a business after XXXX XXXX as a sole proprietor, and these deposits were from the business and I need the funds to pay daily expenses from vendors. I am contacting CFPB to get this resolved as soon as possible, as this just happened today XX/XX/year>, and do not want to rely on Chase bank alone to resolve this. I need to be credited {$1000.00}, and {$20.00}, for a total of {$1000.00}.
