Since student loan repayments resumed in XXXX, I have had countless issues with MOHELA. So far, they have taken months to process my XXXX have not emailed out billing statements to me, have put me on XXXX without notifying me, and they have removed my XXXX choice and moved me to the XXXX plan. Currently, I am not listed as being on the XXXX and my account on their website has no information about the status of my account. The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX shows my account is in XXXX, but the MOHELA website does not state that, and I never received an email that my account would be on XXXX. My MOHELA account also tells me I have no bills due, but no other information. The XXXX website tells me my next bill isn't due until XX/XX/XXXX, but MOHELA has not given me any information about a pause on my account. I tried calling their phone number, and their directory does not work. It just repeats the message without allowing me to dial the corresponding number to be directed to the department I need to speak to. I also never received notification from MOHELA that they will not longer be handling the counting of XXXX payments.
