On XX/XX/24 i opened a Chase account. I opened the account for funds through the SBA because they informed me I needed a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The SBA informed me that the money could be received by my name XXXX XXXX XXXX or my company name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/24 I received the deposit. On XX/XX/24 I withdrew {$500.00} and got an email minutes later saying my account was locked for fraud & to call a number. I called to which they were at first telling me the account was definitely going to be closed within XXXX business days ( on a recorded line ) & I would receive the remaining funds. Fast forward to the XXXX of XXXX they now tell me the acct is closed & my funds are on hold pending investigation and they dont know how long its going to take. Then they inform me that because I used a company as my Registered agent they couldnt prove the money belonged to me or that I was the business owner. So I spent money to update the paperwork with the state to report that I was indeed the rightful owner and I called Chase fraud support on XX/XX/24. When I called they repeatedly stated that only the review team has information, & investigation could take two years, also they have no information or updates, & that I couldnt speak with anyone from the team. There has been many different things I am being told and my business is suffering because chase is withholding my funds, to add insult to the matter I am spending more money just to get my money. I just want this Resolved & my funds sent expeditiously.
