In XX/XX/year>, I requested a payoff statement to sell my home from Rocket Mortgage. The money was wired to Rocket Mortgage, the deed and title was transferred to the home buyer, registered with the county deeds office, and I received an email saying my loan was paid off. I recently reviewed my credit report which indicated this account is still open, with delinquencies, and the loan was not paid off despite documents showing otherwise ( see attached ). I've tried to reach Rocket Mortgage at least 8 times over the past two weeks via phone and online chat to understand how I can still have an open mortgage, yet not have the home, not have the deed, not have the money wired to Rocket Mortgage, and the buyer have the deed in his name with the County and my mortgage recorded as " mortgage satisfied '' with the county Public records. I've gotten no answers to any of my questions and I also have had my credit RUINED because of this account which I no longer am responsible for and no longer have the deed to and no longer reside in.
