I purchased a desktop on target store on XX/XX/XXXX, it showed delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. But when I came home theres only XXXX outside my home without any desktop or wire, I checked the delivery image they provided, the box is already been damage and open, the person who delivered this is stealing it, theres nothing inside the box, I called target to let them know whats happening but they said nothing they can do, they want me to open a dispute when Bank of America, I open a dispute but a month later they denied my claims because they said is a valid purchase, I know is valid purchase because I pay with my debit card, but the problem is I didnt received any items that I suppose to have, and then I called back to Bank of America and write them a letter telling them whats going on and asked them to reopen my claims, 2 days later they reopen my claim, but is been over 2 month now, and I open my Bank of America XXXX it shows they declined my case but without giving me any reason, I pay {$1100.00} on this desktop, this is not a small number I really need this desktop to start my new job, but Bank of America and XXXX both of them they dont care, they just push to fault to each other, I really hope I can get my money back please help me out!!
