On XX/XX/2024 I deposited a check in the amount of {$610000.00} at Chase branch in XXXX, TX the check was cleared the same day as I was told by their employee XXXX who called XXXX at XXXX XXXX and verified that the check was good and paid to Chase and the bank lied to me saying we need some time to collect the check while they had the fund in their position as I was told by XXXX saying we have the money and we will left the hold within XXXX hours on XX/XX/2024, but when he turned it to what he calls the back room where the XXXX reside they denied to lift the hold and claimed that the hold will be lifted on the XX/XX/2024. Please investigate this matter which caused financial hardship to me due to the XXXX ways of chase Bank
