I do not agree with Bank of America stating that I am delinquent 3 payments. I was instructed by Bank of America that in order to qualify for a trial modification on our mortgage that we would have to be two payments delinquent. They also said they would apply these two payments at the end of our loans. We requested some assistance to lower our monthly payment, we tried their trial modification and at the end of the trial our mortgage payment was much higher than the one we had so we turned down the modification. We have been trying to resolve this issue with this allege delinquency for over 15 years. Each time we start, they gave us a date, we submitted proof the agent just stopped communicating with us. Upon calling the bank we found out the agent that was working with us had moved or left the company. The same thing happened when we attempted to apply for other loans with Bank of America, they would lose our application and we had to start all over. one time an agent told me that our delinquency started when we transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do not feel that they updated my payments to my account accurately. Example payments posted in 2014 for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX for {$1600.00}. I do not understand how I could have thousands of dollars in Unapplied totals and where the monies came from and where it went.
