i preordered a XXXX from XXXX website portal at XXXX on XXXX the amount paid was {$100.00}. the order # ( ask me ). the model of the truck ordered was " XXXX XXXX XXXX Full Self-Driving Capability ''. i ordered under the email : ( ask me ) and XXXX sent me a confirmation email with all of this information. i paid for this with a debit card. XXXX had my cash for the preorder of the XXXX for over 4 years. during this time they were holding my money as an interest free loan as i paid for a product i never received. after being fed up with the lies and delays and seeing that XXXX was canceling orders, i decided to cancel my order. it said on multiple sites including XXXX that XXXX was promoting cancelations due to not being able to deliver on what XXXX promised. and all money paid toward an order would be refunded in the event of a cancellation. the refunds were expected to go out within 30 days of cancellation. the day i canceled on was XXXX more than 30 days passed and i contacted XXXX through the only means available which was their service department which placed me on hold for hours. i called their sales department and all of their sales lines direct to a voicemail which was full. i then contacted online support for XXXX and they directed me to the same lines i had called. i made follow up calls to resolve this and XXXX has not resolved it. i have only spoke with a person in the XXXX sales department. no one from service, sales, or support has attempted to reach out or correct the issue. since then i contacted my bank, US BANK, and they ran it through their fraud department and they laughed since several years had passed and they said that once it goes past 365 days, that becomes the account owners loss, so now XXXX has kept, ( STOLE ) my deposit for a truck, canceled my order and made it impossible through their own design to contact anyone regarding support. i know its a long shot and i will probably never get my money back but this is fraudulent on the part of XXXX plain and simple. XXXX promised me a product, they lied, they misled me, they stole my money and then they hid from me by making it impossible to contact anyone at XXXX for a refund. i have contacted my bank USBANK twice about the issue and they told me flat out that no refund was made and that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and they arent willing to help me by providing proof of any kind that my refund was sent. since the payment was made so long ago the debit card it was made on expired and no one at USBANK is willing to help. i cant even contact anyone at XXXX. please help refund my money. i dont want these thieves and scammers to win another one. its total XXXX that anyone would have to go through any of this.
