On XX/XX/year> I applied for a loan because my XXXX had XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a loan of {$390.00}. However the people who sent the loan was fraud. They deposited a check in my account with a forged signature. USAA took that as face value and decided to FREEZE my XXXX and my federal income tax which will post into the credit only account on XX/XX/year>. They have taken the {$390.00} out of my account from my XXXX check and kept the account frozen. They can see that its not my signature on the back of the mobile deposit .... ( as i have only made XXXX mobile deposit during the course of me having this account ). Also, I XXXX percent XXXX from the United States XXXX XXXX and I depend on USAA to pay my bills. They have violated my federally protected funds and Im on the verge of losing everything. My utilities have been XXXX XXXX and i have XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is not right. Please help me. Please help my family.
