On the XXXX of this month I went to a XXXX XXXX XXXX ATM to withdrawal bill money from my Direct Express account. The ATM gave me an error message, didn't give me the {$60.00} I tried to withdrawal, but the money was still removed from my account. I went to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX at my earliest convenience and despite this happening at their ATM they told me I have to tell Direct Express to put my money back. Direct Express is being no help by putting hurdles up that are impossible to correct in time for them not to deny my claim. They don't have my correct address, phone number, or email. I did as the told me to and emailed my valid California ID from my only email address, and they sent me an error message claiming my ID that expires in XXXX was already expired. I'm only asking for money that is mine. It can't be legal for XXXX XXXX 's ATM, or Direct Express to steal {$60.00} of my fixed income from me. I don't know why both banks are making receiving my own money as hard as they can make it. The ATM even gave me a receipt for a withdrawal despite the ATM not giving me that money. Why wouldn't the machine print that error message so I had it in print? Why won't XXXX XXXX tell me they can't do anything, contact Direct Express? Why won't Direct Express put the money I never received back in my account? I'm being bullied by two banks who are going to get my phone shut off. I have nobody I can get help from, but I shouldn't have to get help to get my own money. Please help me because to them it's {$60.00}, but to me I can't default on my phone bill, and they're stealing from my XXXX. This is scary, wrong, and it's not fair.
