Chase Mortgage Account # XXXX I reached out to Chase Mortgage bank about a XXXX months ago in reference to them removing late payments on the account since the account had been paid in full, they refused to do so. I have never not paid the mortgage. My ex-wife and I both had to make two separate payments on the mortgage recommended by the courts until it was sold. My ex-wife was late making her payments a few times which ended up counting against me as well. Chase refused to honor the payments made on-time because she was late on her portion. I explained to Chase Bank that I was going through a divorce and informed them that there would be two separate payments made monthly from my ex-wife and myself. I am not allowed to purchase a new home because of these late payments that I had no control over. Please have this account removed asap. Thanks! I put in for a dispute about this some months ago and nothing has yet to be removed. According to 15 USC 1692c ( c ), these late payments must be removed.
