I did the transfer of {$100000.00} from our Checking Account with the Bank of America on XX/XX/year>, in order to fund a newly open account with the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. However, the money did not reach the XXXX XX/XX/XXXXby some reason. I contacted the XXXX XX/XX/XXXXand they replied that the money in a XXXX party which does those transactions between the Banks. I opened a case with the Bank of America in order to return the failed deposit. Nothing happen since, so I contacted the XXXX and requested the escalation. On XX/XX/year>, the XXXX representative XXXX XXXX. XXXX, had organized a XXXX call with the Bank of America manager named XXXX. XXXX provided all info for the money return XXXX Bank of America case # XXXX ). Nothing happen and money still stay somewhere in a XXXX party. On XX/XX/year> I asked XXXX ( the XXXX XXXX ) to help me return this large amount again. At that time, after waiting for almost XXXX hours, we talked with the Bank of America XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It turned out the Bank of America closed the case without resolution. We demanded to reopen the case ( see above ) and, according to XXXX, they could return the {$100000.00} back within 1 day. Yet again nothing happened. Moreover, from our saving account with the Bank of America was withdrawn fraudulently {$3500.00} same time we talked with XXXX via XXXX what we do not use for payments. Please help us to return our money {$100000.00} from failed transfer and {$3500.00} illegally withdrawn payment, we did not set up. Sincerely, XXXX and XXXX XXXX
