I received a call back from a lady that did not give me her name. She was very rude and refuse to look at my account even after I verified my account. She also refused to answer my questions that I had saying that the email she was sending to me would answer all my questions. The email I received did not answer any of my questions that I have. I'm at a lose as to why bank of America is refusing to discuss my account with me.
