I had written a check 2 months prior to it being processed, I had forgotten about it when I saw that it had posted and I was a few dollars short in my account I ran to the bank and made a cash deposit. Date : XX/XX/year> Fee Withdrawal DRAFT # XXXX - NSF Fee-Check Add a category - {$30.00} {$11.00} Unfortunately it had already been returned. I thought it would be run thru again so I left the money in the account to cover it. Even more unfortunately CheckRedi got the check a couple weeks later. never contacted me regarding the check and electronically took the funds from my account with a separate transaction for a {$35.00} fee which I did not have the funds for in the account so I had a NSF fee of {$30.00} as well they then proceeded to try again to withdraw their fee costing me another {$30.00}. I informed my bank that I never gave permission for CheckRedi to access my account or any permission for electronic transactions, My bank refunded the over draft fees, Thankfully, because CheckRedi had fraudulently received the funds from my account. Now CheckRedi is still hounding me every day, sometimes multiple times a da, even after they have been told I work over nights and am asleep during the early day. they are calling without any validity to their actions to get me to pay their fee Is there any thing I can legally do to stop them, and deny their alleged fee?
